The Automatic Web Sealing Machine feeds a roll of film across the mouth of each container and heat-seals it in place as the line moves — commonly used to apply a tamper-evident seal or inner liner across cups, bottles or trays before capping.
A touchscreen HMI controls line speed, heater temperature and conveyor run/stop, with brush guides keeping containers aligned as they pass under the sealing die.
