The Band Sealer with Nitrogen Flushing (Economic Model) adds a nitrogen purge just ahead of the sealing bands, flushing oxygen out of the pack before it's sealed — useful for snacks, coffee and other products that go stale or oxidise in normal air.
Beyond the nitrogen flush stage, it runs the same continuous conveyorised sealing cycle as our standard economic band sealer, with digital temperature control and adjustable belt speed.
